What started as a few pots in the backyard has become my happy place, a little stand filled with home-grown goodness, love, and connection.
Every Friday, I restock the stand with fresh seedlings, herbs, and flowers, and I love seeing the messages that come through from people who stop by. It means so much to know that something grown with love in my garden now grows in yours.
This space isn’t just about plants, it’s about possibility. It’s about creating a life around what you love instead of fitting what you love around work. It’s about slowing down, getting your hands in the soil, and remembering that growth happens one small seed at a time.
Sharing this journey lights me up. I hope it inspires you to find your own sanctuary, your own little garden of peace, joy, and nourishment.

I’m Sonya Maree. I’m in my 50 season now.
A mum of three, nan to five, and a devoted furbaby lover.
My husband has been by my side for over thirty five years, and for the past three years we’ve been travelling full time, learning how little we actually need to live well. Most of my days are shaped by home, health, and the small choices that add up over time. Growing food where we can.
Eating simply. Paying attention to what supports our bodies and what quietly drains us.
This chapter of life wasn’t planned. After COVID, a bank letter changed everything.
We sold our home, closed our bricks and mortar business, and lost our superannuation.
What looked like stability disappeared almost overnight.
What followed wasn’t a dramatic pivot.
It was a steady return to basics.
I’ve been on a long health journey, learning how to support my body more gently and live in ways that feel sustainable, not performative. I started again by noticing what felt heavy, what felt supportive, and letting those observations guide our next steps.
This space is where I share what I’m learning as I go.
Not as answers. Not as a blueprint. Just real life, lived honestly, and offered as breadcrumbs for anyone walking a similar season.
A few years ago, the way I was living stopped being sustainable. On the outside, things looked fine. On the inside, I was exhausted, carrying more than my body and nervous system could hold. When our work, home, and financial stability changed suddenly, I didn’t have the capacity for big reinventions.
So I didn’t try to overhaul everything. I started small. More time at home. More time outdoors.
Fewer expectations of myself. Simpler food. Cleaner inputs where it felt supportive.
Work that could move with us instead of anchoring us to one place. Those choices weren’t dramatic. They were consistent. Over time, they changed how my days felt, how my body responded, and how I related to work, money, and health.
This space exists because of that shift. Not to convince anyone to live the same way. Not to offer a formula. But to show that meaningful change doesn’t have to be loud, fast, or all or nothing. Sometimes it begins quietly, with one choice at a time.
This is real life, as it’s lived. The slow bed days. The caravan. Time outside. yummy food. Work that fits around life instead of replacing it. I share what’s practical, what’s supportive, and what’s still being worked out. Not to teach or persuade, but to show how these choices look day to day. Nothing here is about perfection. It’s just life, lived in a way that feels steadier and more sustainable for me now.

Alongside sharing my life, I also work online. It’s what allows me to choose my hours, stay close to home, and keep life feeling spacious rather than stretched. Some people are curious about how I do this. Others simply use the wellness products I share. There’s no pressure and no one path here. I believe work should support your life, not take you away from it.
If you’re here for the caravan lifestyle, the slower pace, or a sense of connection, you’re welcome to stay. If you’re quietly curious about how I’ve structured my work to create more freedom at home, you can explore that too. There’s no rush and no pressure. This space exists to support real people, real lives, and small steps taken in the right direction.
I built my life around what I love, not the other way around.
Hydrating our home, simplifying our routines, and growing what supports us day to day.
I share pieces of my work, process, and reflections as they unfold in real time.
Not as polished highlights.
Not as pressure to perform.
Just honest moments from inside this ecosystem.

You’re welcome to observe quietly, follow along, or check back whenever it feels supportive.
