What started as a few pots in the backyard has become my happy place, a little stand filled with home-grown goodness, love, and connection.
Every Friday, I restock the stand with fresh seedlings, herbs, and flowers, and I love seeing the messages that come through from people who stop by. It means so much to know that something grown with love in my garden now grows in yours.
This space isn’t just about plants, it’s about possibility. It’s about creating a life around what you love instead of fitting what you love around work. It’s about slowing down, getting your hands in the soil, and remembering that growth happens one small seed at a time.
Sharing this journey lights me up. I hope it inspires you to find your own sanctuary, your own little garden of peace, joy, and nourishment.
Over time, I noticed that a few simple areas made the biggest difference in how our home felt. I don’t try to do everything. I just come back to these basics and let them support the way we live.

We’re mindful about the water in our home and how it supports everyday routines. It’s one of those background choices that quietly makes a difference over time.

I’ve made a few swaps at home where it felt practical to do so. Nothing extreme. Just changes that help our space feel calmer and easier to maintain.

Gardening isn’t about self-sufficiency for me. It’s about staying connected to what we eat and spending time outside, even in small ways.
You’ll often see this water in the background of my kitchen. On the bench. In a pot. While cleaning. While travelling. I don’t talk about it loudly or often. It’s simply become part of how we live. Over time, people started asking about it. This page exists to share what we use at home, why we chose it, and how it fits into our everyday life and values.

We use a Kangen Leveluk K8 water system at home. We’ve had it since March 2021, and over time it’s simply become part of our everyday routines. It gives us different types of water for different uses around the house. Drinking. Washing produce. Cleaning. These days, it’s used throughout the day without much thought. It’s just part of how our home runs.

We use this water throughout the day without really thinking about it. For drinking. Smoothies. Cooking. Washing fruit and vegetables. Everyday cleaning. I also use it for the laundry, for plants, and for quick hand rinses when I’m moving between inside and out. Our dog drinks it too. Over time, it’s replaced a lot of separate products we used to buy and has simplified how we do things at home.
When the water first came into our life, it wasn’t because I was looking for a product. I was on a health journey. My body was inflamed. My energy was low. I was already living low-tox, plant-based, and paying attention to what supported me and what didn’t.
At the time, we were running our retreat centre through COVID. Borders were closed. There was uncertainty everywhere, and we knew we needed to start thinking differently about income and flexibility. A friend visited, noticed what I was dealing with physically, and mentioned the water. She saw it as something that could support both my body and the retreat. At first, that’s all it was for me.
Health. Energy. Reducing plastic.
When I looked more closely at our tank water and realised how acidic it was, it felt like another piece of the puzzle clicking into place. I went down the rabbit hole, and it made sense in a very grounded way.
We ended up buying three products and felt genuinely excited. Not because everything was suddenly perfect, but because it aligned with how we were already living.
We used money we had saved for tax to make the investment. That made it possible, but it still felt big.
Things were tight. The world was uncertain. And even though I’d invested in myself before, this brought up a different question: Is this something we really need, or just something we want? I was nervous. Not because it felt wrong, but because it mattered. My health mattered. Our values mattered. Reducing plastic mattered.
Looking back, it’s one of the best investments I’ve made in a long time. Not just financially, but practically, day to day.
It became part of our life in a way I didn’t fully understand at the time. It was one of those things you don’t realise you need until it’s there. And once it is, you don’t go back.
For me, this choice was about alignment. I was already on a health journey and paying attention to my body, my energy, and inflammation. We were living low-tox, growing food, and actively reducing plastics. When I started looking more closely at the water we were using, especially our tank water, it became clear it wasn’t supporting me the way I needed.
What made this fit was the simplicity. One system. Fewer products. Less plastic. Water we could use for drinking, food prep, cleaning, and everyday life without adding more to manage. It wasn’t about fixing anything or chasing perfection. It was about choosing something that supported our home, my body, and the way we want to live long-term.
I tend to choose things the same way across my life. Fewer systems. Less noise. Long-term support over short-term fixes.

Yes, it’s an investment. And it’s probably the most common question I get. For me, it came down to this. We were already spending money on my health, cleaning products, and things that didn’t last or didn’t really support us long-term. This felt like choosing one thing we use every single day, instead of constantly replacing lots of smaller things.
Everyone’s situation is different. This page isn’t here to convince anyone. It’s simply here to share how we made the decision, and why it made sense for us.
If you’d like to learn more about the water we use at home, you’re welcome to explore further.
There’s no urgency and no pressure to decide anything. Some people like to understand more before taking the next step. Others decide it’s not for them. Both are completely okay.

Whether you’re here to learn about the water, or you’re simply here for the food photos, slower living, and everyday life I share, you’re welcome. This page exists to share information, not to persuade. Take what’s useful. Leave the rest.

When I first joined LiveGood, I was just looking for a way to make wellness simple and affordable. What I found was so much more, a community of people learning, growing, and creating freedom together.
This space is perfect if you’re just starting your wellness or income journey. You’ll learn new skills, discover low-tox living, and see how even small steps can lead to big change.
The best part?
Every skill you learn here is transferable, you can grow it, share it, and build from it in your own way.
I’m not a polished influencer or a high-pressure coach. I show up as I am, often in the garden, sometimes in fluffy slippers, speaking plainly and honestly.
I’ve built my life gradually, making practical choices that support how I want to live now. When people choose to work with me, it’s usually because they want clarity without pressure, and support that feels human, grounded, and real.

Over time, people have shared how small changes at home have supported them in different ways. Everyone’s experience is their own. These are a few of the messages I’ve been sent.

“After making a few changes at home, including the water we drink, I noticed a real difference in how I felt day to day. I appreciated being able to take things at my own pace without pressure.”
- Jasmine S. Hagerty

“Finding this space helped me rethink how I work and live as a solo mum. It wasn’t about doing more, just choosing what mattered and having support while I figured it out.”

“I came across this during a really uncertain time and appreciated the practical, steady approach. It gave me options without asking me to overhaul my life.”

“What stood out to me was the community. It felt supportive without being overwhelming, and I never felt pushed to do anything before I was ready.”
