PRIVACY POLICY

1. What we collect.

Depending on how you engage with us, we may collect names, contact and business details, enquiries, form responses, purchases, invoices and payment status, account/service records, project materials, support correspondence, event bookings, feedback, and technical information such as device, browser, usage and cookie data. Card payment details are ordinarily handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by us.

2. Workshop safety information.

For cooking workshops we may request relevant food allergies, intolerances, dietary requirements or accessibility/safety details before attendance. Some of this can be sensitive health information. We request only information reasonably needed to assess suitability and facilitate safe participation, explain its purpose when collecting it, restrict access to those who need it and request appropriate consent where required. Disclosure is not a promise of an allergen-free environment. If we cannot safely accommodate an identified requirement, we will discuss options and applicable booking rights before confirming attendance.

3. Purpose of handling.

We use information to respond to enquiries, supply purchased products or services, administer payments and bookings, provide customer support, deliver workshops, maintain records, improve relevant systems, address safety issues and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell customer information. Marketing emails or SMS messages are handled separately from essential transaction or booking notices; applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements are respected.

4. Suppliers and transfers.

Our service providers may include Freedom Tool Suite/GoHighLevel, Stripe, Google Workspace and other relevant hosting, email, analytics and service platforms. Providers may process data outside Australia subject to applicable arrangements and legal obligations. We do not promise that all information is stored only in Australia unless that has been verified.

5. Photographs, video and testimonials.

Attendance at an event is not automatically consent for identifiable marketing photography or video. We will seek separate permission before using identifiable participant images, recorded testimonials or personal stories for promotion, with a reasonable means of declining. Incidental operational imagery and any applicable legal exceptions will be handled appropriately.

6. Cookies, Security and Data Retention

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to support website functionality, improve user experience, understand website traffic and measure the effectiveness of our content and marketing. Some cookies are necessary for the website to function correctly, while others may be used for analytics or marketing purposes.

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Where required by applicable law, we will request your consent before using non-essential cookies or tracking technologies. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, manage our business records and meet applicable legal obligations. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or de-identify it, where appropriate.

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

7. Freedom Tool Suite. Member accounts, CRM records, platform activity and subscription data may be governed by the applicable Freedom Tool Suite Agency Policy and related platform/customer agreements as well as this Privacy Policy. We will clarify relevant roles and responsibilities where customer-controlled data is involved.

8. Your questions and rights. You may contact [email protected] to request access or correction, raise privacy concerns or discuss deletion, subject to legal recordkeeping and applicable rights. We will respond according to applicable law.

9. Updates. Material changes will be identified by an updated date and, where appropriate, further notice. We will not treat continued browsing as a substitute for legally required consent.
