What started as a few pots in the backyard has become my happy place, a little stand filled with home-grown goodness, love, and connection.
Every Friday, I restock the stand with fresh seedlings, herbs, and flowers, and I love seeing the messages that come through from people who stop by. It means so much to know that something grown with love in my garden now grows in yours.
This space isn’t just about plants, it’s about possibility. It’s about creating a life around what you love instead of fitting what you love around work. It’s about slowing down, getting your hands in the soil, and remembering that growth happens one small seed at a time.
Sharing this journey lights me up. I hope it inspires you to find your own sanctuary, your own little garden of peace, joy, and nourishment.
Over time, I noticed that a few simple areas made the biggest difference in how our home felt. I don’t try to do everything. I just come back to these basics and let them support the way we live.

We’re mindful about the water in our home and how it supports everyday routines. It’s one of those background choices that quietly makes a difference over time.

I’ve made a few swaps at home where it felt practical to do so. Nothing extreme. Just changes that help our space feel calmer and easier to maintain.

Gardening isn’t about self-sufficiency for me. It’s about staying connected to what we eat and spending time outside, even in small ways.

I don’t work a traditional nine to five. I also don’t hustle, chase deadlines, or build my life around work. I’ve structured my work so it fits around my body, my energy, and the season I’m in. Some days that looks slow and spacious. Other days it looks focused and creative.
Both are valid here. This didn’t happen overnight. It came from learning what my body could sustain, choosing flexibility over intensity, and building income in ways that didn’t require me to be “on” all the time. People often ask how I’m home so much. How I work while travelling.
How I have time for the everyday things that matter. This page exists to answer that. Not as a formula. Just as an honest look at how I’ve designed my work to support my life, not replace it.
For women rethinking how they earn, structure their time, and stay available for life while building income. There was a season where work no longer fit my body or my life. I could do it, but it came at a cost. I wanted more time at home. More choice in how I used my energy. A way to support my life without constantly trading hours for money. I didn’t want pressure. I didn’t want quotas or targets that ignored real life. And I didn’t want work that punished me for slowing down or needing space. What mattered to me was stability without rigidity. Flexibility without chaos. And the ability to grow in a way that respected my health, my family, and the season I was in. That need became the starting point for everything I’ve built since.
I work online across a few different income streams. Some of what I do sits under labels like affiliate marketing, direct sales, or MLM. I name that openly, because people ask. In simple terms, I share products and systems I genuinely use and trust, and I earn income when someone chooses to work with me or purchase through my links.
That’s not the whole picture though. Alongside that, I also do consultative and creative work online. Branding. Websites. Systems. Strategy. Sometimes photography. Sometimes projects where people fly me in for retreats or longer-form work. The difference now is choice.
I no longer take every job just to keep a roof over my head. I choose projects that align with my values, my energy, and the season I’m in. I work with people and opportunities that feel like a good fit, not an obligation. What matters to me isn’t the label attached to the income stream. What matters is how it works in real life.
Does it support my health?
Does it allow flexibility?
Does it leave space for rest, creativity, and living?
That’s the filter I use. Every time.

What mattered to me wasn’t just earning income online. It was choosing a model that could stand on its own. This system works as a single, complete income stream. Some people choose to focus on just this. Others add to it later, once it’s stable and familiar. I don’t believe in stacking things before the first one is grounded.
I always encourage people to consolidate one stream, understand how it works in real life, and build confidence before adding anything else. What made this model feel different for me was that it doesn’t require constant selling, rushing, or staying visible just to stay qualified. I don’t lose rank if I slow down. I’m not pressured to recruit. And I’m not forced to perform when my energy isn’t there. It allows space. And that space matters when you’re building something that needs to fit real life.

I want to be clear about something, because clarity matters more to me than hype. This model doesn’t pressure you to perform constantly, but it also isn’t passive income from day one. Like any form of work, you’re paid based on the actions you take. In the beginning, that usually looks like earning through your own direct sales. If and when you build a team, indirect income becomes possible over time. If someone is looking for income without showing up, learning, or taking action, this won’t be the right fit. And that’s okay.
I don’t know of any job, online or offline, that pays you without participation. What this model offers instead is flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to work in a way that respects your energy and capacity. You decide how you show up. You decide the pace. And the results reflect that choice.
Beyond the structure, the company itself mattered to me. I had friends I deeply respect, experienced coaches running successful, values-led businesses, who were already aligned with this company. Seeing people I trusted choose it gave me confidence to look closer. What I found was longevity and integrity. Over 50 years in business. Products used in hospitals. In Japan, the water ionizer is certified as a medical-grade device. The training, the research, and the way the company operates all made sense to me. Reducing single-use plastics also mattered.
Their long-term vision, not fast growth or extraction, aligned with how I want to live and work. And honestly, I loved it on a practical level too. We have a Thermomix in our kitchen, and this felt the same. A piece of equipment we use every day. Something solid. Something intentional. It became part of our home. Even part of the aesthetic. Some people don’t love how it looks. I do. It feels like a water altar. A functional piece of kitchen art. We’ve travelled full-time for three years now, and it comes with us in the caravan. That alone says everything about how much it fits our life.
This didn’t feel like chasing an opportunity. It felt like choosing something I could genuinely stand behind, in every season.
The people I’ve met through this work are in many different seasons of life. Parents. Couples, Singles. Retirees. Some are looking for a side income. Some want more flexibility. Some are drawn only to the products. Others build this alongside existing work or a business they already love.
There isn’t one right way to do this. Some people move slowly. Some go all in for a season. Some stay quietly in the background. That freedom of choice is part of why this model works for me. It tends to attract people who value autonomy, flow, and alignment over pressure or performance.

There’s no right way to do this.
Only a way that fits.
If this resonates and you want to understand more about how this actually works in real life, there’s space to go deeper. That might look like learning more about the structure, the income model, or how this fits alongside other work or responsibilities. It might also simply be about understanding whether this aligns with your values and capacity right now. If it doesn’t resonate, that’s completely okay too. I share this because it supports my life, not because it’s something everyone should do. The next step is optional. And it’s here when you’re ready.

When I first joined LiveGood, I was just looking for a way to make wellness simple and affordable. What I found was so much more, a community of people learning, growing, and creating freedom together.
This space is perfect if you’re just starting your wellness or income journey. You’ll learn new skills, discover low-tox living, and see how even small steps can lead to big change.
The best part?
Every skill you learn here is transferable, you can grow it, share it, and build from it in your own way.
I’m not a polished influencer or a high-pressure coach. I show up as I am, often in the garden, sometimes in fluffy slippers, speaking plainly and honestly.
I’ve built my life gradually, making practical choices that support how I want to live now. When people choose to work with me, it’s usually because they want clarity without pressure, and support that feels human, grounded, and real.

Over time, people have shared how small changes at home have supported them in different ways. Everyone’s experience is their own. These are a few of the messages I’ve been sent.

“After making a few changes at home, including the water we drink, I noticed a real difference in how I felt day to day. I appreciated being able to take things at my own pace without pressure.”
- Jasmine S. Hagerty

“Finding this space helped me rethink how I work and live as a solo mum. It wasn’t about doing more, just choosing what mattered and having support while I figured it out.”

“I came across this during a really uncertain time and appreciated the practical, steady approach. It gave me options without asking me to overhaul my life.”

“What stood out to me was the community. It felt supportive without being overwhelming, and I never felt pushed to do anything before I was ready.”
- Megan Sheedy
