Three years ago, we packed up our home, hit the road, and started again. What began as a search for freedom became a deeper lesson in simplicity, sustainability, and self-trust. Somewhere between the sound of waves outside our caravan and mornings with Bella at my feet, I realised this truth, we don’t need more; we need what works.
The last few years have been my greatest teacher, a journey of getting clear, of building foundations that nurture you but don’t cage you. It’s where the Glow-Up Map was born, twelve portals that became my compass for clarity, structure, and completion.
I used to feel scattered, half-finished, and hard to keep up with. Now, I see that my constant reinvention was never chaos, it was creativity searching for structure. The real glow-up came when I learned that function comes before beauty, and that completion is one of the most nourishing forms of self-love.
Now I help other visionary women find that same peace, building systems that hold their brilliance, businesses that work with their nervous system, and freedom that feels sustainable, not stressful.
