Bloom, Build & Balance.

Eb's Garden Stand

What started as a few pots in the backyard has become my happy place, a little stand filled with home-grown goodness, love, and connection.

Every Friday, I restock the stand with fresh seedlings, herbs, and flowers, and I love seeing the messages that come through from people who stop by. It means so much to know that something grown with love in my garden now grows in yours.

This space isn’t just about plants, it’s about possibility. It’s about creating a life around what you love instead of fitting what you love around work. It’s about slowing down, getting your hands in the soil, and remembering that growth happens one small seed at a time.

Sharing this journey lights me up. I hope it inspires you to find your own sanctuary, your own little garden of peace, joy, and nourishment.

A few areas I focus on

What I tend to prioritise at home

Over time, I noticed that a few simple areas made the biggest difference in how our home felt. I don’t try to do everything. I just come back to these basics and let them support the way we live.

The water we use

We’re mindful about the water in our home and how it supports everyday routines. It’s one of those background choices that quietly makes a difference over time.

A lower-tox home

I’ve made a few swaps at home where it felt practical to do so. Nothing extreme. Just changes that help our space feel calmer and easier to maintain.

Growing your own

Gardening isn’t about self-sufficiency for me. It’s about staying connected to what we eat and spending time outside, even in small ways.

For those who asked

Learn More About How This Works

This page exists because people asked deeper questions. Not surface-level curiosity, but real ones. Questions about structure, sustainability, and whether this kind of work is actually different to what they’ve seen before. You don’t need to be convinced of anything here. This is simply a place to understand how the work functions, without pressure.

Let’s address it

Is This MLM?

Some people do call what I do MLM. I understand why that question comes up. The model I work with sits under direct sales and affiliate marketing. Some people use the term network marketing. What mattered to me wasn’t the label. It was how the structure actually behaves in real life.

I wasn’t required to recruit aggressively, hit monthly targets, or maintain rank through constant performance. I don’t lose my position if I slow down, step back, or move at a different pace for a season.

Income here is tied to activity and consistency, not pressure or punishment. You’re paid based on what you personally do, and if you choose to build a team, on what your team does. If no one takes action, no one gets paid. That’s true here, and it’s true in every job I’ve ever had.

That distinction mattered to me.

How it’s structured

What Makes This Model Different

The work I do allows for both direct and indirect income, but I’m not dependent on other people performing in order to earn. I’m paid based on my own actions first. If I choose to build a team, indirect income can grow over time, but it’s not required.

There are no penalties for taking time off, and no pressure to constantly recruit or perform to keep a position. That said, this isn’t passive income in the beginning. Like any form of work, income reflects consistency and effort.

If no action is taken, no income is generated. What made this different for me is that I could build steadily, consolidate one stream at a time, and grow without my income being tied to urgency, burnout, or artificial deadlines. That flexibility, paired with personal responsibility, is what made this model sustainable for my real life.

Trust and alignment

Why I Trusted the Process

When I first came across this, what I trusted wasn’t a pitch or a promise. It was the women around me. Intelligent, grounded friends in the coaching space who were already doing well in their own businesses and had chosen to align with this work. Seeing people I respected take it seriously mattered to me.

There was also a strong gut knowing. This opportunity had crossed my path twice before, and both times I wasn’t ready. This time felt different. The timing was right. My body knew it. My life knew it. Even before I could explain it logically, I had a deep sense that this was the right next step.

The education played a big part too. I watched a masterclass, very similar to the video you’ll see on this page, that calmly explained how the system works and why it’s structured the way it is. Nothing was rushed. Nothing was hidden. That clarity helped everything land. Then I had a conversation. Not a sales call, just a real conversation. I asked questions. I felt into it. And that’s when things truly settled for me.

Something else that mattered deeply was that my husband and I were on the same page. I never ask permission to do something that matters to me. I ask for support. I often hear women say they want to explore this but their partner isn’t on board. That usually tells me there’s still uncertainty inside them too. In a partnership, understanding can come later. Support comes first.

That’s why I always encourage couples to watch the information together and, if they choose, come onto a call together. It removes pressure, avoids miscommunication, and allows both people to ask questions directly. That shared clarity matters. This wasn’t about convincing myself. It was about trusting my intuition, my values, and the conversations that helped everything make sense.

How people engage

There’s No One Right Way To Do This

Some people do this alongside another job. Some build slowly over time. Some focus only on the products. Others enjoy sharing, teaching, or building community. There’s no requirement to go “all in,” and no single way this is meant to look.

What matters is that it fits your life as it is now. Your energy. Your health. Your responsibilities. Your capacity. This work is designed to be flexible, not prescriptive.

That said, flexibility doesn’t mean effort-free. Like any form of work, income is connected to action. If you show up, learn the basics, and stay consistent in a way that’s realistic for you, results follow over time. If you disappear completely, income pauses. That’s true here, and it’s true everywhere. I don’t know any job, online or offline, that pays without participation. The difference here is that you’re not punished for slowing down. You’re not forced to perform. And you’re not required to build in a way that burns you out.

There is no single definition of success. Some people want a small, steady side income. Some want more freedom with their time. Others build something substantial over years. What matters is whether the structure supports your values, your season, and the way you actually want to live.

If You Want To Go Further

If you’d like to understand the mechanics in more detail, you’re welcome to explore the overview resources below. If you’d rather talk things through and ask questions specific to your situation, you can book a Clarity Call. It’s a space to get clear, not to be sold to. And if you’re done for now, that’s completely okay too. This work is here to support your life, not complicate it.

A Note On Transparency

Why Understanding And Support Matter

This work isn’t built on hype or urgency. It works best when people understand the products, the structure, and their own reasons for being here. Choosing the right sponsor matters. Not someone who pressures or promises, but someone who teaches clearly, supports consistently, and is here for the long term. I share this because informed decisions create better outcomes. For your health, your confidence, and your experience of this work.

You don’t need to remember everything you hear next. This is simply information to help you orient yourself.

For deeper understanding

How the Model Works

The video below explains how the Enagic model works, including the products, structure, and compensation system. You’ll hear reference to things like the Quad and Fast Track strategies. These are starting options, not requirements. They exist to explain how some people choose to begin and why others choose to start with more than one product. This video is detailed by design. It’s here for people who like to understand the full picture before making any decisions. You don’t need to agree with everything. You don’t need to decide anything today. This is here for clarity, not urgency. Watch with curiosity. Take what’s useful. Leave what’s not.

This is an educational overview, not a recommendation or instruction.

A few important things I want to name clearly. There is no single “right” way to start. Some people begin with one product. Some choose more. Some focus only on personal use and never build a business at all. Income in this model is action-based. There is no pressure to perform, but there is also no promise of passive income without participation. Like any form of work, results come from consistency, learning, and showing up in a way that fits your life and capacity. I care more about sustainability than speed. I always encourage people to consolidate one stream first before adding more, especially if they’re new to online work. This model rewards alignment, not urgency.

A quick note on support

Who You’ll Be Speaking With

If you reach out with questions after watching this video, I’ll be the first person you speak with. I’m here to answer questions, talk things through, and help you work out whether this fits your life, your values, and your current season. Freedom Era is an optional education and support platform that many people choose to access once they get started. It exists to support learning, structure, and community. It is not required to move forward. You’re not expected to know everything. You’re not expected to decide on a call. This space exists to support clarity, not commitment.

Have Questions?

Let’s Talk It Through

If you’ve watched the video and still have questions, you’re welcome to reach out. Some people like to understand the details properly before deciding anything.

Others simply want to talk through whether this makes sense for their life, their budget, or the season they’re in. There is no expectation to buy, commit, or move forward.

Sometimes a short, honest conversation is enough to work out whether this is a fit for you or not.

One last thing

There’s No Rush

You don’t need to do anything today. Some people know straight away. Some take weeks or months to decide whether this makes sense for them. Others decide it’s not for them at all. All of those outcomes are completely okay.

This page exists to support clarity, not pressure.

About my approach

Why people choose to work with me

I’m not a polished influencer or a high-pressure coach. I show up as I am, often in the garden, sometimes in fluffy slippers, speaking plainly and honestly.

I’ve built my life gradually, making practical choices that support how I want to live now. When people choose to work with me, it’s usually because they want clarity without pressure, and support that feels human, grounded, and real.
